As a member enjoying our Business Support Package we hope to provide you with an efficient and cost effective way to develop your business and help you to avoid making common business mistakes. You will benefit from our years’ of in depth and extensive experience best-practices and receive an outside perspective to deliver an improved bottom line for your business. If we cannot help we will be honest and tell you.

There are some companies who charge £100 per month for distance mentoring support. We offer the chance of face to face and distance support in the following areas depending on the needs of your business:

  • Mentoring and Coaching
    Telephone and e-mail support from legally trained and other business people, who have experience in setting up and running their own businesses and public sector organisations.
  • Critical Friend
    As a critical friend to your business we help to build confidence and to support improvement through empowerment and to help you take risks and to experiment with new ways of working whilst maintaining clietn confidentiality at all times.
  • Marketing and networking advice
    Introducing a work/marketing balance to your business to ensure that you use your marketing time effectively to bring in business and improve turnover, and therefore profits.
  • Company meetings
    Assisting with organising, chairing or managing company meetings on your behalf.
  • Company forms and documentation
    Completion of many standard Companies House documentation for you so that you can stay focussed on running your business rather than paperwork.
  • Performance management
    Helping you to manage expectations by setting S.M.A.R.T. targets for your staff and business generally. Analysing past performance to see what lessons can be learnt looking forward as a business.
  • Management advice
    Planning solutions before problems appear and offering help to enable you to manage expectations and make positive and profitable business decisions.
  • Financial management and planning
    Increasing efficiency and reducing costs does not have to mean redundancies for your business, which are often expensive and counter-productive. We will help you to evaluate all the costs of your business to help increase profits and maximise growth whilst trying to maintain staff motivation and loyalty.
  • Structures and restructuring
